Staffing Resource Coordinator

 

The Staffing Resource Coordinator will be responsible for performing assigned duties to facilitate recruitment, screening and on-boarding of plant personnel and other duties to support plant operations in the efficient production of quality retread products. The Staffing Resource Coordinator will perform various daily duties as assigned by the respective Retread Plant Manager to ensure the business continuity requirements of plant operations are met on a continual basis.

 

How You Will Fit In

 

  • At the direction of the Retread Plant Manager, coordinate required position postings and conduct initial applicant screenings of plant production and support positions to keep the plant effectively staffed

  • Conduct and facilitate on-boarding of new employees including activities regarding “Best Day Ever” and other activities as assigned associated with initial employee curriculum

  • Facilitate and coordinate compliance with required CBT courses associated with all hourly retread plant personnel

  • Facilitate and coordinate plant inventory audits as assigned by the Retread Plant Manager

  • Facilitate and assist with any invoicing and payable functions of the plant as assigned by the Retread Plant Manager

  • Assist Retread Plant Manager in the production, review and corrective actions required with plant production and quality reports

  • Proficiently operate computer and data base applications to efficiently perform function of the position

  • Assist in distribution center activities as assigned

  • Maintain a safe facility and use safety first practices to remain accident-free.

  • Perform weekly and monthly projects and assigned tasks.

  • Maintain personal grooming and company uniform standards.

  • Maintain company attendance standards.

  • Other duties as necessary.

Work Environment

 

While performing these duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons. Occasionally, the employee will also be exposed to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, high-concentrated cleaning solutions, etc.
