Career Development

Learning and Development

To run an extraordinary team, we need extraordinary people. We’re moving at the speed of Love’s, which means we don’t sit still. We’re scaling for the future, and continually building new ways to support the company and our employees. Our Learning and Development team creates, refines and delivers training content in a way that amplifies Love’s culture, leadership and values.

We make learning fun by creating intentional and meaningful training experiences. In addition to a robust learning and development system, we inspire, inform and educate our Love’s team through the following opportunities:

Love’s University

Rising field and corporate leaders are invited to this leadership development program at the corporate office in Oklahoma City to learn about Love’s and their role with the company.  These “students” gain insights on key job functions, encounter important leadership principles and learn how to apply them to be a difference maker at Love’s.

LEAD

The annual Love’s Education, Awards and Development (LEAD) Conference is our premier event for field leadership. Leaders from across the country come together as one to reflect, celebrate accomplishments, exchange ideas and ensure we are united in our goals and vision for the year.

Road to Success

The Road to Success program (RTS) provides talented and driven employees the opportunity to create a career for themselves at Love’s. From cashiers to shift leaders to newly hired managers, employees at Love’s will receive a structured development plan from day one to equip them with the tools they need to excel.
