JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide excellent customer service for members and associates through quality inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Obtain specific information about membership and input into TVC personal portal
  • Precisely note member files that accurately reflects the interaction
  • To clearly explain and provide instruction to ensure the member completes any necessary paperwork, follows specific and applicable procedures for their situation
  • Support translation of inbound and outbound phone calls and document accordingly for each interaction
  • Complete all other duties as assigned and required

 

QUALIFICIATIONS:

Education Requirements

  • HS diploma, GED, or relevant work experience

Professional Experience

  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • Experience in an inbound contact center environment is desired
  • Experience working in a computerized environment

Licenses, Certificates, Credentials, and Other Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English/Spanish

Skill Sets

  • Keying speed of a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle inbound calls at a high rate and handling members’ request with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and written

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

        Physical Requirements

  • Sitting for the full shift, outside of allotted breaks and lunches with a headset and the ability to assist members over the phone

Schedule -Agreed upon hours during initial offer, subject to change pending business needs.

  • 40 hours per week (May require overtime as needed)
  • (A) Mon-Fri 11am-8pm

  • (B) Mon-Fri 12p-9pm
