Video Surveillance Assistant

*This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. The position is located at Love's corporate office in OKC. The pay is $12-13/hour.*

BASIC PURPOSE: The role of the Quality Assurance Assistant is to help Speedco and Truck Care operations by remotely observing the actions and service procedures that take place in the Truck Care facilities. This position will utilize video review to ensure and promote adherence to company policies, speed of service, employee and customer safety, employee and customer relations, proper documentation of service times, and to help improve the overall performance of the store Truck Care teams.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Observe and evaluate Speedco and Truck Care operations utilizing a remote video review process
• Interpret company policies and procedures as applicable to Speedco and Truck Care operations
• Provide unbiased comprehensive and detailed reports based on observations made through the video review process
• Other duties as assigned as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience:
  • Demonstrated capacity for working with computers and video surveillance systems
  • Data Entry, Video Review, Office Clerk or some internal office experience a plus but not required

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who can work with limited supervision
• Typical Physical Demands:
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Requires normal range of vision.
