UX Analyst

BASIC PURPOSE: The UX Analyst will work closely with the Customer Experience team by working with designers, researchers and stakeholders to synthesize findings and develop use cases, user stories, test plans and cases to ensure business and user needs are met.



•Understand business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats. Elicits and documents functional requirements and test strategies for technical solutions to meet business needs.
•Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas and concepts to technical and business stakeholders
•Familar with analytic and reporting tools, and able to develop reports and documentation for varied audiences
•Comfortable developing and managing their process in collaboration with the User Experience team, product managers and stakeholders
•Able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/concensus building skills and interact with stakeholders and teams
•Work with UX and product owners to evaluate business cases
•Manage the progress of projects by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions.
•Provide management and project management with regular updates on deliverable timeline and project status.
•Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user guides and functional specification documents
•Monitor product and feature performance and user sentiments. Develop plans for ongoing reporting on existing products and features
•Prepare data collection materials (e.g., discussion guides), synthesize user research findings, create presentations, personas, task flows, and general documentation of research techniques and processes.
•Translate user behavior and research into actionable data
•Participate in User Testing and research initiatives
•Organize, present, and defend research findings in compelling and creative ways to peers and stakeholders
•Collaborate with other researchers, designers, product managers and developers to resolve user issues



•4-year college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Information Science or any other related field.
•A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management/analysis, statistical analysis, product usability moderating, test method selection and Agile methodology
•Measurable experience in documenting and presenting business cases to varied audiences..
•Proficient with standard industry software, tools and programming languages e.g. Tableau, MySQL etc.
•Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Invision, LookBack, Participate, Tableau etc.
•Soft Skills: Strong verbal and oral communication skills, keen attention to detail, ability to multi-task, strong organization skills, flexible, good relationship and self-motivated to take on additional tasks under pressure. Strong ability to develop and extend brands across multiple platforms
