Welcome to Love's: The Data Management Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring item and data integrity, overseeing the setup and maintenance of in-store merchandise. This role involves close collaboration with various Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless integration and accuracy of data within our systems, enhancing the overall efficiency and reliability of Supply Chain processes. The Data Management Specialist will also play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing data quality initiatives, fostering a proactive approach to maintaining a high standard of accuracy and consistency across all aspects of master data management within the organization. 

 

Job Functions:

  • Conduct ongoing article maintenance in Love’s Pricebook SAP
  • Maintain various pricing and promotion conditions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance data governance policies, ensuring compliance and consistency in master data management
  • Manage daily reports to identify and address data discrepancies, working towards continuous improvement and optimization of master data quality
  • Act as a subject matter expert on master data-related matters, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and participating in cross-departmental initiatives
  • Navigate multiple systems to efficiently resolve store help desk tickets

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of work experience preferred
  • Experience in SAP preferred

 

      Skills and Physical Demands: 

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to make quick, proactive resolutions
  • Ability to multi-task in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Excels in self-motivated work with minimal supervision
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision

 

This full-time postition is located at Love's corporate headquarters in Oklahoma City. Hybrid work is an option after training period is complete; 4 workdays will be onsite and work from home/remote work is offered on Fridays.

 

The starting base pay will be $20-25/hour.
