BASIC PURPOSE: Sr Disputes Analyst function is to ensure that all Disputes that are escalated to the Operations Accounting team are received and responded to in adherence with Love’s established procedures in a timely fashion while also working to update and build out Love’s fraud tools appropriately to mitigate future fraud. This position will also lend oversight to others in the Disputes team as well as be an initial escalation point on the more complex fleet card fraud cases while also working to build out the current Loves Dispute platform and KPI reporting. 

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Disputes
    • Working Complex Card Disputes and Fleet Fraud cases
    • Provide direct support and initial oversight to disputes team member(s) on day-to-day basis to build out their skills as well as act as initial escalation point
    • Actively monitor and admin Kount Mobile Fraud Dispute tool ensuring we are actively adjusting to fraud activities
    • Act as SME on all future dispute project work to ensure efficiency and adherence to procedure in the build out of the Loves Disputes Platform
    • Develop, implement, and produce Fraud and Dispute KPIs for Executive Leadership around Disputes and Fleet Fraud
    • Other duties as assigned

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Accounting, or Finance field preferred
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years experience in accounting is preferred
    • 1-3 years customer service experience is preferred

 

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, SAP, AS400
    • High level of direct customer contact requiring excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability and desire to work in a team environment
  • Typical Physical Demands:
    • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
    • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
    • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
