Sales Support Coordinator - Truck Care

BASIC PURPOSE: The Maintenance Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operational needs of our traveling Truck Care Sales team and their customer base. These responsibilities include utilizing various software programs and systems to assist in the implementation of discount agreements, assist fleet customers with billing disputes, assist in collecting payment on outstanding account balances, and resolving sales team and customer issues as needed. 

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create proper documentation and implement negotiated Maintenance Discount Agreements and Amendments by working with the sales team, customer, and corporate legal department
  • Act as the primary corporate contact for the Truck Care Sales Team and their customers
  • Coordinate sensitive go-live implementation dates for customer maintenance discounts, incentives, & product subscriptions
  • Provide customers with information and supporting documentation for their billing accounts as requested
  • Log disputes and communicate with maintenance locations and other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Provide documentation and assist in the collection of outstanding balances for Truck Care customers
  • Other duties as assigned

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education:
    • HS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in customer service, invoicing, or billing is preferred
    • Prior experience working well in a close team environment
    • Prior experience with SAP and Salesforce a plus

  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service and active listening skills.
    • Excellent working Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
    • Ability to follow up, multi-task and prioritize while managing a continuous stream of work
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Typical Physical Demands:
    • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
    • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
    • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
