Sales Coordinator

BASIC PURPOSE: Supports efforts of the Inside and Outside Sales team & Underwriting through deal preparation, reporting, sales promotions or event planning as needed. Works closely with Sales, Clients and Operations/UW in getting complete packages, managing legal documents, timely updating databases and performance tracking/reporting. 



  • Preparing application packages; gathering and reviewing documents to complete packages. Help problem solve any obstacles to closing.  
  • Monitoring and coordinating legal and funding packages for prospective client closings and competitor buyouts.
  • Maintaining and growing referral/partner relationships; providing excellent service by coordinating leads, reports, funding packages and addressing business issues associated with each relationship.
  • Providing prospective clients, Outside Sales team and Operations/UW all materials, documents and support needed to effectively fulfill their roles and close sales transactions.
  • Updating Salesforce/CRM database and assigning tasks/leads to Sales to facilitate new sales opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Education:
    • HS Diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years in a Sales or Operations support role preferred. 
    • Experience in factoring/accounts receivable finance and using Salesforce/CRM databases preferred. Must work well in a fast-paced environment.



  • Skills:
    • Hard Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PDF, ability to understand and work with legal documents.
    • Soft Skills: Ability to manage numerous competing demands in a fast-paced environment, strong in customer service and business relationships, excellent verbal and written communication, team player, attention to detail, self-motivated and good organization and time management skills.
  • Typical Physical Demands:
    • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
    • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
    • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
    • Occasional light travel may be required
