BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of the Restaurant Pricing Support position is to administrate data flow and maintenance of product information to support Point of Sale systems. Maintain data flow to support replenishment systems, centralized Loyalty promotional platform and other supporting systems as needed. This position as aligned with Accounting, Marketing and Operations teams, is jointly responsible for bridging the gap between the supplier, restaurant and store operations. Maintain understanding of pricing concepts/product life cycle. This position will be proficient in all software for item setup/maintenance, restaurant maintenance, and vendor management.



  • Assist in testing and implementing new procedures, software upgrades and/or new software
  • Attend and/or lead various meetings as needed
  • Complete new store restaurant setup and maintain schedule
  • Complete restaurant remodels and maintain schedule
  • Create and maintain promotions provided by Area Restaurant Managers via email or other approved forms
  • Maintain open contact with stores to troubleshoot various issues related to digital menu boards, item setup, labels, promotions, restaurant concepts, and other assigned areas
  • Maintenance for new suppliers and linking items along with authorized stores
  • Manage branded concept food recipes as provided by the food concept managers
  • Manage daily responsibilities around item integrity, merchandising initiatives, restaurant and store operations
  • Process product item maintenance provided by Category Management team or other approved forms
  • Utilize various internal reports to maintain item setup accuracy
  • Other duties assigned as needed




  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college preferred


  • Experience in Retail preferred

Software Experience:

  • Experience with EDM and/or SAP a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus




  • Hard skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, various Excel functions
  • Soft Skills: Ability to troubleshoot, attention to detail, effective time management, excel in a fast-paced environment, good oral and written communications skills, self-motivated, strong analytical skills, and team player

Typical Physical Demands:

    • Scheduling flexibility
    • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
    • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
    • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
