Welcome to Love's! Our Credit Services department is seeking a Reconciliation Coordinator to manage and resolve transactional fleet card exceptions. This role plays a vital part in supporting both internal and external customers by identifying and addressing all fleet card variances and exceptions.
Job Functions:
- Reconcile Fleet card transactions using ReconNet software daily. This includes analyzing and timely coding outstanding items according to procedures.
- Ensure items are correctly coded for cash over short.
- Ensure items are correctly coded for collections.
- Ensure any anomalies identified are escalated as needed.
- Work with internal groups to ensure adjustments are correct and complete, updating procedures as needed.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Education and Experience:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-1 years of accounting, reconciliation, or other related experience.
Skills and Physical Demands:
- Hard skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
- Soft Skills: Excellent oral and verbal communication skills; ability to prioritize and multitask; strong attention to detail; time management skills; team player.
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision.,
