Network Services Manager

Basic Purpose: The Network Services Manager will be responsible for the management, design, implementation and support of Love’s data network: Data Center, WAN, Wireless & Security.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, strategy, support and direction to the Network Services team
  • Ensure high availability and performance of critical network services
  • SME to guide, consult and advise on new/current technologies
  • Recruit, develop and retain an exceptional Network Services team; building collaboration, partnership, and credibility
  • Responsible for organizing and leading projects, project meetings, technical evaluations, including project team and vendor support meetings; articulate project status updates to business
  • Responsible for budgeting for projects, maintenance and software


Education and Experience:

  • Education:
    • HS Diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in network design and support preferred
    • Cisco CCNA preferred
    • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Experience with Palo Alto and SDN (ACI & NSX) preferred

  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
