Multimedia Specialist

      BASIC PURPOSE:  The multimedia specialist is responsible for storyboarding, capturing, editing and organizing of all multimedia assets.​ This individual must have a passion for and past experience in storytelling, video, motion, digital and graphic design.​ In addition, the multimedia specialist will contribute to a collaborative team environment that includes digital designers as well as traditional print media designers. The specialist will engage in the development and execution of related digital assets, audio/​video assets, social media campaigns, videography, 3D, animation and photography. ​



  • Develop visual workflows, storyboards and concepts to create engaging content.
  • Produce and design video/animated content based upon existing print designs.
  • Develop templates and a visual style that makes our experience unique to Love’s.
  • Create digital campaigns that support and compliment traditional marketing efforts.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all campaign media components.
  • Understanding of equipment and making creative decisions as needed.
  • Maintain usage rights and archiving best-practices within a digital asset system.
  • Work to provide best-in-class production and execution via the Web and social media channels.
  • Create and execute digital signage campaigns on a monthly basis.
  • Create engaging interactive touchscreen content via dynamic video content.



  • Education:
    •      4-year college degree required
  • Experience:
    •      1-3 years of creative services/development experience in an agency and/or in-house design team environment.
    •      Strong design, multimedia and storytelling backgrounds are a must.
    •      Diplomatic and collaborative attitude to be able to motivate partners to meet and exceed business expectations.
    •      High proficiency in Videography, Photography, Post-Production (Premiere, After Effects) and Adobe CC Suite
    •      Advanced knowledge of video rendering technologies and their compression capabilities.
    •      Position requires a combination of operation strategy, integrated production management (photo & digital), digital workflow expertise and team leadership and talent development experience.
    •      Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript are a plus



  • Skills:
    •      Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe creative suite and strong editing skills.
    •      Soft Skills: Strong verbal and oral communication skills, keen attention to detail, ability to multi-task, strong organization skills, flexible, good relationship and self-motivated to take on additional tasks under pressure.
  • Typical Physical Demands:
    •       Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
    •       Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
    •       Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
    •       Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
