JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, organizing and executing training events and special projects designed to develop and train our field management teams.  In this role you will oversee all aspects of the planning of a Love’s U class from building a participant list, coordinating travel details, overseeing and ordering all meals for the events, building agendas and coordinating the schedules with presenters, managers and executives during all events.


  • Responsible for the complete management and oversight of the Love’s University events that take place throughout the year.
  • Partner with corporate training to assist in intra-company operational store visits.
  • Serve as primary point person for all Love’s University and field training events.
  • Develop, manage and execute event timelines to meet deadlines.  
  • Provide exceptional customer service to field managers and corporate management during University events.
  • Recognize opportunities to establish and improve the satisfaction of the Love’s U students.
  • Work with the Learning and Development team on content and material for class agendas.
  • Coordinate the logistics for events with internal and external audiences, including vendors.
  • Analyze and report the success and effectiveness of special events and promotions through student feedback surveys and feedback provided by operations.
  • Assist with store tours, presentations and speaking engagements.
  • Provide and facilitate presentations centered around team building and soft skills.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.


  • Education: 
    • HS Diploma or equivalent required 
    • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field of study preferred.
  • Experience: 
    • Training design and delivery/facilitation experience preferred
    • 1-2 years of event coordination experience preferred

  • Local travel may be required for assignments, meetings, and training.
  • Overtime, Weekend and/or Holiday hours may be required.
