Fleet Sales Coordinator

BASIC PURPOSE: The Fleet Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operational needs of our Fleet Sales team. Utilizes various systems and validation to implement and coordinate Fleet Sales agreements. Works closely with various internal departments throughout the company to facilitate the needs or changes of the Fleet Sales team.



  • Create fuel and shop contracts and amendments
    • Work with Operations, Sales, and Legal to build new contracts
    • Coordinate sensitive go-live implementation dates for customer fuel discounts, bundles, retreads, and rebates.
  • Support the Fleet Sales team in the field from the back-office perspective
  • Resolve problems by researching and working with other departments and vendors
  • Manage customer expectations regarding functionality and deliverables
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Education:
      • HS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred
  • Experience:
      • Previous experience in fleet management, card services, banking or customer service 
      • Excellent customer service and active listening skills
      • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
      • Demonstrated experience working well in a close team environment
      • Possess a demonstrated ability to determine when to refer issues versus handle them personally 
  • Skills:
    • Ability to manage numerous competing demands in an extremely high stress environment
    • Ability to work with multiple departments and customers in stressful situations
    • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
    • High attention to detail, with follow through to completion of tasks
    • Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking capabilities
    • High level of professionalism and customer orientation
  • Typical Physical Demands:
        • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
        • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
      • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
      • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
