Enterprise Reporting Administrator

Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc./ Oklahoma City, Oklahoma/ Enterprise Reporting Administrator. Duties: Configures, manages and monitors the Company’s reporting environments based on leading practices to ensure stability and scalability for the Love's Family of Companies. Designs process scheduling, monitoring and exception reporting to ensure that business needs are met and works with development teams to optimize performance of reporting systems. Works with vendors to implement best practices to maximize system stability and uptime. Manages the propagation of system changes for the Company’s reporting systems. Contributes to the design, development, implementation and maintenance efforts of the Data and Development team ensuring the implementation of best practices. Fosters team innovation by maintaining knowledge of new reporting technologies and development practices. Creates comprehensive plans for quarterly/yearly patching and upgrades as well as client and system refreshes. Implements proof of concepts to demonstrate new features and reporting practices to provide continuous improvement of user experience. Collaborates with project managers and business analysts to monitor projects, ensures timely deliverables, proactively identifies issues, and communicates project status to upper management. Occasional limited telecommuting may be permitted with approval of supervisor. Must have bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business with focus on Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or foreign equivalent and 8 years’ progressive post-degree experience installing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) and SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS), which includes 5 years’ experience administrating and configuring SAP BOBJ 4.2; 5 years’ experience integrating cloud applications with other reporting and ETL tools; 4 years’ experience as a Database Administrator; and experience with at least 2 full lifecyle implementations.
