Welcome to Love's: The Digital Media Specialist will work as part of a collaborative team to plan, produce and publish a wide array of graphic and video training materials for the Learning and Development department (Talent & Organization Effectiveness department) at Love’s. 

 

Job Functions:

  • Develop and assist in drafting and refining training concepts, storyboards, scripts and shot lists to support media initiatives.
  • Assist and/or work independently on media productions from beginning to end.
  • Manage and publish digital content to Learning Management System and online video library.
  • Maintain and run equipment including video cameras, lights, teleprompters, still cameras, projectors and/or audio equipment.
  • Assist with the review and update of content in all training mediums.
  • Set up and operate media equipment necessary for department training events.
  • Work directly with external clients from concept to completion.
  • Project management and close follow-up on all projects.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all campaign media components.
  • Maintain usage rights, process workflow and archiving best-practices within a digital asset system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

       Experience and Qualifications:

  • College or technical degree in Visual Communications or related field required; equivalent combination of education and professional training required.
  • Experience in Learning and Development and or Talent Management video editing and media production is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of media production experience and or video editor experience.

 

       Skills and Physical Demands:

  • Hard Skills: Proven production skills and proficiency with Adobe Cloud apps including, Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, and Photoshop (Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash recommended). editing.  Proficient at shooting HD video using pro video gear (traditional and cinema configurations). 
  • Soft Skills: Able to adapt to change, flexibility with shifting customer requests, creativity, good verbal and written communication skills, a self-starter, works well with others, strong time management skills, strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, can make effective decisions, strong problem-solving skills, strong work ethic, dependable, detail-oriented, and willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required, diplomatic and collaborative attitude that inspires partners to meet and exceed business expectations.
  • Requires ability to be on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a camera, computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
  • Some travel may be required
  • This position is located at Love's corporate office in Oklahoma City.
