     BASIC PURPOSE: The Digital Media Production Support Specialist will work as part of a collaborative team to plan, produce and publish a wide array of graphic, audio and video content for training and communication at Love’s.



  • Develop and assist in drafting and refining training concepts, storyboards, scripts and shot lists to support media initiatives.
  • Assist or work independently on media productions from beginning to end.
  • Manage and publish digital content to multiple content platforms.
  • Maintain and run equipment including video cameras, lights, teleprompters, still cameras, projectors and/or audio equipment.
  • Assist with the review and update of content in all training mediums.
  • Set up and operate media equipment necessary for department training events.
  • Work directly with internal and external clients from concept to completion.
  • Project management and close follow-up on all projects with an emphasis on communication.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all media components.
  • Maintain usage rights, process workflow and archiving best-practices within a digital asset system.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • College or technical degree in Visual Communications or related field required; equivalent combination of education and professional training required.
  • At least 3 years of media production experience (5+ years preferred).


  • Skills:
    • Proven production skills and proficiency with Davinci Resolve and the Adobe Suite of apps including, Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, and Photoshop (Illustrator experience is a bonus).
    • Proficient at shooting high resolution video using pro video gear (both traditional and cinema configurations).
    • Soft Skills: Able to adapt to change, flexibility with shifting customer requests, creativity, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a self-starter, works well with others, strong time management skills, strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, can make effective decisions, strong problem-solving skills, strong work ethic, dependable, detail-oriented, and willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required, diplomatic and collaborative attitude that inspires partners to meet and exceed business expectations.
  • Typical Physical Demands:
    • Requires ability to be on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
    • Capable of lifting, up to 25 pounds.
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a camera, computer keyboard and all associated equipment.
    • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
    • Some travel will be required.
