Welcome to Love's: The Data Management Analyst serves as a key liaison between senior-level data specialists and supervisory leadership. This position is responsible for leading complex data initiatives, supporting day-to-day operations, and driving continuous improvements across data management processes. The Analyst will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in system functionality and data governance, provide guidance to peers, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams.

 

Job Functions:

  • Lead and coordinate data projects, including reporting initiatives, process documentation, and workflow enhancements
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports to track performance, trends, and discrepancies in item data
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, IT, Vendors, and Supply Chain teams to troubleshoot data issues and improve data accuracy
  • Perform in-depth data validation and analysis to ensure alignment with quality control standards
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and training efforts related to new system tools or updates

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in data management or related supply chain fields. Demonstrated success in leading process improvements, mentoring peers, and working in cross-functional teams.

 

      Skills and Physical Demands: 

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and product lifecycle management systems
  • Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and high attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
  • Capable of leading projects and providing informal leadership within a team
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
  • Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required for training, vendor engagement, or cross-functional initiatives
