ABOUT THE POSITION:

  •  The collections coordinator position provides first line service support for Love’s retail credit programs such as Love’s Express program and Tire Care Express program.This position is a member of retail credit team who provides primary customer support for incoming receivables and related account issues.
  • This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
  • The typical work hours for this full-time position are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
  • This position is located at Love's corporate headquarters office in Oklahoma City.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound collections calls to customers regarding past due invoices.
  • Take inbound calls from customers and internal departments regarding past due commercial accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts that have disputes or inaccuracies.
  • Address customer issues, questions, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Serve as liaison between the customer, sales team, and Love’s internal departments.
  • Operate office equipment including computers and phone software.
  • Assist customers in using online bill pay and invoice viewing features as requested.
  • Promote services and provide a level of support which drives overall customer satisfaction. 
  • Participate in weekly team meetings required to discuss specific client accounts.

 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Experience working in receivables or collections is required.
  • Experience with B2B collection.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft office experience (primarily Outlook and Excel).
  • Phone System/Software experience is a must.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Receivables and Collections procedures.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
