**This position will be Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Employees will get the option to have a hybrid work schedule (i.e. some workdays will be in-office and some workdays can be remote/work from home).**

BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to index, audit and process payables invoices for Love’s Truck Care locations. This position is also responsible for researching invoice payments, lost checks, past due invoices, corporate statements for tire care suppliers and assisting Love’s store managers and district managers with truck care related P&L questions and corrections.  This position is also responsible for projects assigned by the supervisor and manager of accounts payable.   

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Indexing, auditing, coding and keying truck care invoices
• Using SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
• Opening, sorting, researching and forwarding new mail received
• Researching supplier statements
• Assisting Love's store employees and district managers with questions
• Assisting GL staff with preparation of P&L
• Handling store setup in Madden Co software
• Other duties assigned as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable (AP) experience required
  • 2-4 years of AP experience is preferred
  • Experience with SAP VIM is preferred

      SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Skills:
  • Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficient with using a 10-key for data entry, inventory, cash discount capture and P&L statements, AS400
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Typical Physical Demands:
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
