Contract and Compliance Coordinator

BASIC PURPOSE: This position will provide administrative support for all contract and compliance initiatives for Trillium construction, sales, and operation groups. This person will also help manage compliance with all city, state, federal contracts and programs.



  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and city disadvantaged business enterprise DBE program requirements.
  • Maintain applicable reporting (construction, request for reimbursement and operations phase) throughout the term of state grants awarded. 
  • Review public works contacts during the bidding process for DBE and certified payroll requirements.
  • Convey contract labor requirements to corporate payroll to during construction and O&M contact periods to ensure internal prevailing wage compliance.
  • Review and communicate labor requirements to our general contractors and subs during construction.
  • Provides applicable reporting (labor, DBE, etc) to project managers for contract compliance.
  • Work with Project Mangers to provide lien releases on project close out reporting.
  • Provides administrative support to Sales and Construction team as needed.
  • All other duties assigned.




  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred


  • 2 years working in a compliance related role
  • Prior knowledge and application of state and federal labor laws
  • General knowledge of public works contracting



  • Skills:
    • Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Access
    • Soft Skills:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management and organization skills, sense of urgency, keen attention to detail, ability to learn new software applications and computer programs.
  • Typical Physical Demands:
    • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
    • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
    • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
