BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate communications between Sales and Operations to ensure all assets, personnel and instructions are in place to successfully execute all customer requirements for Truck Care products and services at a high level.



  • Position is to serve as a partnership with the Truck/Fleet Sales team to facilitate in account acquisition and management as required from a fulfillment, operational, and product knowledge perspective.
  • Position is responsible for the back end set up of all new customer requirements including ensuring fleet profile and program requirements as provided by Sales are communicated and set up in Shop Connect/NOMAD and continuing requirements are kept current and properly communicated to Ops and Sales teams.
  • Facilitate communications between the Operations Team (both Truck Care Support and Line Operations) and the Sales team of account status and the key criteria for success of customer issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with Truck Tire Care and Line Ops to set up initial and ongoing staffing and development plans for customer requirements to consistently execute all programs at an extremely high customer satisfaction level.
  • Work with the Ops, DC, and Transportation teams to determine the initial service locations for customers and on a continuing basis to determine if accounts should pivot to other locations including DC direct and facilitate the smooth transition.
  • Resolve day to day direct customer issues and concerns.
  • Manage and execute weekly travel within region.
  • Analyze and audit weekly and monthly reports.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all Love’s personnel and customers. 
  • Actively pursue opportunities for personal development within the department and company.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.



  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years of commercial tire or services experience and territory management experience



  • Hard Skills: Proficent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Soft Skills: Work with other employees, team player, detail and deadline oriented, multitasking, organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to adapt and to grow from changing market conditions
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting up to 110 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
