Gemini Systems Analyst

BASIC PURPOSE: The systems analyst will build, review, and edit reports, as well as maintain and/or modify reports to address changing business needs. The systems analyst will provide reporting on driver hours of service, maintenance and inventory, employee uniform sales, P&L, etc. The systems analyst will work with their business leaders and team members to gather the necessary reporting requirements and will produce reports based off those requirements.



  • Use the following applications to pull data and create reports: Geotab application programming interface (API), Fleetrock asset management software, TMW Suite, Telapoint, Tableau, SQL Server, MS Excel, etc.
  • Maintain the applications which provide the raw data used to compile reports to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Work with functional and technical areas to analyze business processes, gather business reporting requirements, understand the report, or project objectives, and manage issues.
  • Collaborate with maintenance team members with reporting requests.
  • Develop reports on moderate to high complexity deliverables; help end users with self-service basic reports.
  • Analyze, develop, and test reporting solutions.
  • Communicate with the supervisor and leadership team regarding reports and findings.
  • Troubleshoot incidents surrounding supported solutions.
  • Define, design, and develop queries and reports using available tools.
  • Analyze data and build reports from the data and dashboards.
  • Evaluate and modify reports to support process improvements.
  • Develop new functionality/workflows.
  • Assist with calls for log or equipment issues if needed.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.



  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years of analyst/reporting experience is preferred.
    • Experience with SQL Server, SELECT Queries, table joins, and common text and numeric functions is preferred.
    • Experience with Tableau platform/development and data analysis is preferred.

  • Typical Physical Demands:
    • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
    • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
    • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
