Data Entry Clerk (Invoice Clerk)

This is a full-time position (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday). The position is located onsite at Love's corporate headquarters in Oklahoma City.

BASIC PURPOSE: Process all fuel paperwork received by Gemini Back Office. Respond to and research requests from other departments and outside companies in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures when entering fuel paperwork into various internal programs.
• Verify customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, cancelling or reentering data to fix discrepancies.
• Combine data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete.
• Resolve discrepancies by using standard procedures.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Operate along a fast-paced team that has daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
• Seek additional information and help from relevant personnel or department, or from outside source.
• Handle additional tasks as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:
  • Fuel or Transportation experience is preferred.
  • Data entry experience and 10-key experience is preferred.

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Skills:
  • Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient with using a 10-key.
  • Soft Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self-motivated, attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritize.

• Typical Physical Demands:
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
