Welcome to Love's! Our Fuel Payables team is looking for an Auditing Clerk to review and verify all fuel deliveries nationwide, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This role involves collaborating with various departments, stores, and external partners to gather necessary information for fuel load verification.

Job Functions:

• Review detail on fuel loads from stores and verify its accuracy.
• Identify inaccurate data and make appropriate corrections.
• Timely release of accurate fuel loads into accounting system for others to utilize.
• Communicate with various internal departments and outside contacts to obtain all necessary details needed to ensure data on fuel loads are accurate.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
• Requires direct supervision on all range of duties and assignments.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent required
• Some college a plus
• Experience in analyzing and/or auditing large amounts of data and data entry. Fuel experience a plus.
• 0-1 years of related experience

Skills:

• Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer programs, knowledge of Accounting; knowledge of SolArc RightAngle a plus
• Soft Skills: Excellent oral and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, ability to multi-task, team player, keen attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

Typical Physical Demands:

• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision
• Possible evening/weekend work
