This position is based at the Oklahoma City Corporate office
BASIC PURPOSE: The Senior Corporate Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across all corporate functions within the Love’s family of companies. This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, proactively identifying talent needs, developing effective sourcing strategies, and delivering high-quality candidates that align with organizational goals and culture. The position plays a key role in shaping recruiting processes, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting overall workforce planning initiatives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with corporate leadership and hiring managers to understand business objectives, workforce planning needs, and role requirements.
- Proactively assess current and future hiring needs by analyzing workforce data, turnover trends, and business growth plans.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline management.
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality of hire.
- Oversee relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors, ensuring cost-effective partnerships and high-quality candidate delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on employer branding initiatives and process improvements.
- Support broader HR initiatives and projects as needed, including onboarding, training, and employee engagement efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Education:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or HR related field a plus
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate or professional-level roles
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and partnering with senior leaders strongly preferred

- Hard Skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR specific software knowledge a plus.

- Typical Physical Demands:
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
