Welcome to Love's: The Presentation Center Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management, organization, and operation of the Love's retail Presentation Center (Love's Presentation Studio is located at Love's Innovation Center in OKC). This role oversees the receipt, staging, setup, and presentation of merchandise and fixtures for internal review, ensuring the space is consistently organized, functional, and presentation-ready. The Supervisor directly manages one associate and works in close collaboration with Space Planning, Merchandising, and Inventory teams to support product reviews, layout decisions, and merchandising strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of the Presentation Center, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
• Oversee the setup, staging, and teardown of product presentations, fixtures, and displays for review.
• Ensure products are properly received, logged, stored, and staged for presentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain presentation standards for fixtures, displays, and product placement.
• Receive inbound product shipments, verify accuracy, and coordinate proper storage or staging.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and positioning product and fixtures within the Presentation Center.
• Work closely with Space Planning, Merchandising, and Inventory teams to support product reviews, layout testing, and merchandising initiatives.
• Facilitate the physical placement of product on fixturing to support space planning and merchandising decisions.
• Support meetings, walk-throughs, and reviews by ensuring presentations are fully prepared and executed.
• Supervise, train, and support one Presentation Center Associate.
• Assign daily tasks, provide direction, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Promote a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment.
• Safely lift, move, and position boxes, fixtures, and product.
• Follow all safety guidelines related to material handling and equipment use.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in retail operations, merchandising, space planning support, or presentation/showroom environments.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct at least one associate.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing 40 lbs or more.
