Welcome to Love's: The Retail Media Sales Manager (non-endemic) develops new advertiser relationships beyond traditional CPGs, expanding Love’s Media Group into categories such as QSR, automotive, and financial services. This role drives incremental growth through outreach, packaging, and consultative selling.
Job Functions:
- Identify and prospect new advertisers and agency partners across non-endemic industries
- Develop and present proposals that demonstrate Love’s unique audience value
- Negotiate terms and close new business opportunities
- Collaborate internally to ensure smooth campaign activation and client satisfaction
- Track sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
- Contribute to market insights and growth strategy development
Experience and Qualifications:
- 6–10 years in media sales, programmatic, or retail media
- Track record of opening new categories and driving growth
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills
- Understanding of digital and OOH media metrics and planning principles
- Bachelor’s degree required
Skills and Physical Demands:
Hard Skills: Retail media and OOH/DOOH knowledge, programmatic basics, proposal development and negotiation, campaign activation understanding, analytics literacy (CPM/ROAS/footfall), and CRM‑based pipeline management
Soft Skills: Strong consultative communication, relationship‑building, adaptability, strategic thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, problem‑solving, and the ability to influence decision‑makers with clear, compelling storytelling
