Welcome to Love's: The Retail Media Operations Manager oversees the delivery of campaigns and operational excellence across all Love's Media Group media programs. This role leads Ad Operations, Account Management, and Analytics to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and deliver strong performance.

 

Job Functions:

  • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and optimization across digital and in-store channels
  • Build standard operating procedures and maintain playbooks for campaign management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet performance standards
  • Manage quality control processes and implement reporting best practices
  • Identify process improvements and technology enhancements to drive efficiency
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
  • Maintain KPIs and performance scorecards for campaign execution and service quality
  • Lead cross-functional coordination between Sales, Analytics, and IT

 

Experience and Qualifications:   

Required

  • 6–8 years of experience in retail media or digital campaign management
  • Strong operational background with an understanding of ad trafficking tools and data systems
  • Proven success in managing workflow in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree required; project management experience preferred

 

Skills and Physical Demands: 

  • Hard Skills: Campaign trafficking and optimization, ad‑serving tools, SOP/process development, QA and reporting, analytics/KPI tracking, and cross‑functional workflow management
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication, excellent problem‑solving and prioritization, cross‑functional collaboration, adaptability in fast‑paced environments, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with clarity and consistency.
