     Job Functions:

• Issue PO numbers to vendors for truck and trailer repairs.
• Use the computer program, ShopConnect View, to process repair invoices.
• Accurately code repair orders to be used for reporting purposes.
• Able to research invoices.
• Knowledge of Truck and Trailer parts and repairs.
• Able to maintain truck and trailer inventory.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

     Education and Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.

     Skills and Physical Demands:

• Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic Microsoft Excel platforms.
• Soft Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, keen attention to detail, exceptional time management and task-prioritization skills, self-motivation, and a team mentality.  
• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
