Field Travel Coordinator (Part-Time)

Welcome to Love's! Our Operations Services Team is seeking a Part-time Field Travel Coordinator to facilitate field operations by managing travel bookings, assisting with employee relocations through coordination with moving companies, and arranging lodging for daily operations, training sessions, and events.

Job Functions:

  • Booking travel for Field employees (hotel, car rental and/or flights)
  • Help corporate employees with travel questions or bookings
  • Booking meeting space for job fairs, district and/or division meetings
  • Obtain receipts from vendors and assist with company purchase card reconciliation
  • Approve hotel and moving invoices
  • Phone and e-mail support from vendors
  • Responsibilities include Assisting employees with purchases, processing end of day, assisting with inventory and pricing
  • Assist with shipping of New Store Orientation supplies
  • Ordering of stationery supplies
  • Other duties assigned as needed

Experience and Quaifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative experience acquired in a business environment
  • Experience with accounts payable and travel would be advantageous

    • Strong business acumen and knowledge of receiving and inventory management
    • Basic computer skills
    • Follow all safety protocols and recognize/encourage others to do soM
    • Maintain expected driving record
    • Ability to handle money responsibly and perform intermediate mathematical calculations.

    • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

    • Scheduling/logistics-plan to work away from home up to 5 days per week

Typical Physical Demands:

  • Requires prolonged sitting, standing, some bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard, calculator and drive a car.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
