Welcome to Love's: Our Presentation Center Associate supports the daily operation, organization, and execution of Love's Presentation Center (the Presentation Studio is Love's Innovation Center in OKC). This role works closely with the Presentation Center Supervisor to receive, stage, and prepare product and fixtures for internal review. The Associate plays a hands-on role in setting up product presentations, maintaining organization of the studio, and collaborating with Space Planning and Merchandising teams to support layout reviews and merchandising decisions.

Job Functions:

• Assist in the day-to-day operation and organization of the Presentation Center.
• Support the setup, staging, and breakdown of product and fixture presentations for review.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the presentation studio.
• Receive incoming product shipments and assist with unloading, sorting, and staging products.
• Prepare product for review by placing items on fixtures according to direction from the Presentation Center Manager, Space Planning, or Merchandising teams.
• Help move, position, and reset fixtures and product as needed for presentations.
• Work collaboratively with Space Planning and Merchandising teams to support product reviews and layout evaluations.
• Assist with walk-throughs, reviews, and meetings by ensuring products and displays are properly set and presentation-ready.
• Follow established processes for handling, storing, and staging product.
• Support inventory organization within the Presentation Center as directed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines when handling product, fixtures, and equipment.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in retail setup, merchandising, warehouse, showroom, or presentation environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
• Ability to follow direction and support a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, move, and position boxes, fixtures, and product as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Primarily based in a Presentation Center or studio setting.
• Role involves physical activity including lifting, moving, and staging product and fixtures.
