Welcome to Love's: Process data in various internal applications in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.

Job Functions:

• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures when entering information into various internal system
• Verify customer/vendor and account data by reviewing, correcting, cancelling, or reentering data to fix discrepancies
• Support operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
• Operate along a fast-paced team that has daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
• Seek additional information and help from relevant personnel

• Handle additional tasks as needed
• Available to work 25-30 hours a week

Experience and Qualifications:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree or technical training may be required for some roles.
• Experience:
• 0-1 years Fuel or Transportation experience
• Data entry experience and 10-key experience is preferred.

• Skills:
• Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient with using a 10-key.
• Soft Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self-motivated, attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritize.

• Typical Physical Demands:
• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
