Customer Service Representative - (10pm to 7am)
Welcome to Love's! We are looking for experienced Contact Center Representatives to provide exceptional customer service, Roadside Service dispatch, and initiate sales to a wide range of clients. Contact Center Representatives are instrumental in creating an environment of service excellence that transcends service levels commonly experienced in the industry. Come be a part of a fast-paced, high service environment where business is conducted with integrity and in a positive, respectful, and timely manner. *This position requires representatives to be onsite at our Memorial Road location. Training will occur over three weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., starting August 19th. The shift will be overnight from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., with a pay differential provided.*
Job Functions:
- Delivers exceptional customer service by addressing all questions, complaints, and inquiries with utmost courtesy and professionalism, consistently surpassing the expectations of both internal and external customers.
- Supports customers, stores, and restaurant staff by addressing questions, resolving complaints, and managing inquiries through inbound phone calls, voicemail, email, comment cards, U.S. mail, and other communication channels.
- Maintain comprehensive, precise, and prompt documentation of customer incidents and their resolutions within case records, emails, and related communications.
- Monitor customer cases and escalations involving management, other departments, and customers, and document resolutions in case records.
- Manages the LR (Love Rewards) loyalty program by supporting customers and store staff with general MLR program inquiries, status levels, and executing account maintenance as required.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Experience and Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Some College a plus
- 2-3 years Call Center and Customer Service Experience Preferred

- Hard skills: Computer Skills, Microsoft Office and Access, Customer Service Software, Typing
- Soft Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication, customer focused, ability to learn quickly, team player, attention to detail, thorough follow-up, and ability to multitask
Typical Physical Demands:
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
