Welcome to Love's! The IT HR & Culture Services team is seeking a Configuration Analyst I, a skilled techno-functional professional dedicated to designing, configuring, and optimizing enterprise HCM systems, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. This role supports business analysis efforts and contributes to system architecture, configuration, data governance, and integrations to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.

The incumbent supports SuccessFactors configuration and operations, helping translate business requirements into effective, sustainable system designs that enhance user experience and operational effectiveness. This role assists in maintaining system integrity, enabling process optimization, and supporting integration across the HR technology ecosystem.

Additionally, the Configuration Analyst I utilizes AI-enabled tools and methodologies to help automate routine processes, generate actionable insights, and support improved decision quality. This includes identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, enhance data accuracy, and contribute to employee and leader experiences using intelligent, data-driven solutions.

Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with Information Technology, HR, business leaders, and third-party vendors to assist in designing, implementing, and sustaining scalable HCM solutions that align with enterprise priorities and operational needs.
  • Support SuccessFactors configuration and provide functional and technical assistance in Employee Central and related modules, including Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Performance, and Onboarding.
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining SuccessFactors modules, helping ensure optimal system performance, data integrity, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Help design, build, and manage integrations using SAP Integration Center and middleware platforms, supporting reliable data flow across systems and minimizing downstream risk.
  • Assist in translating business requirements into technical configurations, including workflows, business rules, calculated fields, and role-based permissions.
  • Support mass data uploads, data transformations, and validation processes, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards.
  • Assist with identifying and implementing system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and user adoption.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools and analytics to help streamline HR processes, automate repetitive tasks, and generate insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Monitor system performance and assist with resolving issues, providing application support and root cause analysis to minimize disruption and improve reliability.
  • Stay informed about emerging HR technologies, AI capabilities, and SuccessFactors releases; help evaluate and recommend enhancements that improve functionality, user experience, and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by assisting with new capabilities, challenging legacy processes, and supporting the adoption of modern solutions.
  • Participate in enterprise initiatives and cross-functional projects, supporting broader organizational goals and advancing HR technology capabilities.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science, MIS or Business or equivalent experience and/or certification
  • 1–3 years of business analysis or configuration experience supporting HR technology solutions, with a strong emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors.
  • 1–2 years hands-on experience implementing and/or supporting at least one of the following SuccessFactors modules or similar HCM platforms in a production environment:
  • Compensation
  • Learning Management (LMS)
  • Performance Management / Goal Management
  • Onboarding
  • Recruiting Management (RCM)
  • Experience eliciting requirements, creating system design documentation, business process diagrams, configuring system solutions, testing changes, and supporting post–go-live activities.
  • Experience with testing automation solutions such as Tricentis Tosca, AI platforms such as SAP Joule, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT
  • Experience working collaboratively with functional partners, vendors, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.

Hard Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • 1 year of experience supporting or configuring one or more of the following SuccessFactors modules:
  • Compensation
  • Learning Management (LMS)
  • Performance Management / Goal Management
  • Onboarding
  • Recruiting Management (RCM)

Working knowledge of:

  • SAP SuccessFactors role-based permissions
  • Data imports/exports, basic reporting, analytics, and tenant management
  • Integration concepts between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (e.g., employee data replication, middleware-supported feeds)

Familiarity with:

  • SQL and basic data analysis concepts (read/query-level understanding)
  • Interfaces, production support, and issue triage
  • Workflow and business process automation within SuccessFactors
  • Exposure to integration or middleware tools such as SAP PI/PO, CPI (HCI), or Boomi is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to follow established design standards while contributing to solution improvements and documentation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Local candidates in the Oklahoma City and surrounding areas preferred
  • Remote candidates will be considered but must be onsite in the Oklahoma City Corporate Offices as required
  • Prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
