At Love’s, our Casino Manager is responsible for the overall operations, staffing, and performance of a small on-site casino. This role ensures a safe, compliant, and engaging customer experience while managing staff, inventory, gaming systems, and facility standards. The Casino Manager also leads the team in delivering excellent customer service and maintains compliance with all gaming and alcohol regulations.
Job Functions:
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the casino, including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all gaming and liquor laws, company policies, and security procedures.
Lead and develop casino staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Monitor customer service standards and resolve escalated guest concerns.
Manage cash handling procedures, deposits, and financial reporting.
Maintain facility appearance, merchandising, and equipment in accordance with company standards.
Experience:
2+ years of management experience in a casino, hospitality, or retail environment.
Experience managing teams, handling inventory, and overseeing cash operations.
Familiarity with gaming compliance and alcohol regulations preferred.
Experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
Skills and Demands:
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for gaming and alcohol service.
