This position is based at the corporate office in Oklahoma City.

 

Welcome to Love's:

The Campus Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for Love’s Early Careers and Campus Recruiting programs. This role is responsible for coordinating recruiting activities, maintaining candidate and requisition information, scheduling interviews and events, managing travel and event logistics, and supporting onboarding and pre-employment activities. The Campus Recruiting Coordinator helps ensure an organized, efficient, and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, university partners, and the Campus Recruiting team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for campus recruiting activities, including career fairs, information sessions, interviews, student events, and internship programming.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, calendars, travel arrangements, recruiting materials, shipping, supplies, and schedules for recruiters and university ambassadors.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate candidate travel, reimbursements, interview details, and related communications.
  • Open, post, update, and maintain job requisitions and candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting platforms.
  • Support candidate communication throughout the recruiting process, including interview confirmations, status updates, offer documentation, and pre-employment instructions.
  • Coordinate offer and pre-employment activities, including offer documentation, background checks, new-hire communications, first-day information, and I-9 verification.
  • Maintain recruiting trackers, event calendars, university contacts, candidate information, program documentation, and reporting to support campus recruiting efforts.
  • Assist with recruiting presentations, communications, program materials, internship activities, and other Early Careers projects.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR team members, and internal stakeholders to provide administrative support and ensure recruiting activities are completed accurately and timely.
  • Assist with other HR projects and duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of administrative, recruiting coordination, HR, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, events, travel, or high-volume administrative activities preferred.

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or other HR systems preferred.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, reports, calendars, and documentation.
  • Strong scheduling, data entry, and administrative coordination skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-service mindset and ability to professionally interact with candidates and internal partners.
  • Strong follow-through and sense of urgency.

  • Willingness to learn and assist with changing team priorities.

Typical Physical Demands:

  • Requires prolonged sitting and occasional bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity is sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
