Welcome to Love's: This position will assist with clerical work, run errands, handle mail and paperwork, data entry, etc. in order to support the Gemini fleet of Truck and Trailer equipment in the permitting department.

Job Functions:

• Coordinates driver and trailer access to terminals.
• Maintains permitting for vehicles in various states.
• Maintain various states Tax ID portals, OR, NM, KY, etc.
• Tracks and renews trailer certifications and registration renewals.
• Tracks and renews all special permits and state certifications fleet and truck specific.
• Maintains registration and tags for new trucks and trailers.
• Updates and maintains truck and trailer files.
• Trouble shoot toll and weight station bypass devices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Education: High school Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: College Degree preferred
• Skills:
  • Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Soft Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self-motivated, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritize
• Typical Physical Demands:
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
