Regional Marketing Analyst

BASIC PURPOSE: The Regional Marketing Analyst will support musket supply and reselling market initiatives. This role will also initiate and support commercial customer set up within multiple systems.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages and oversee customer Musket supply loading numbers and reselling markets across the US/Mexico.
  • Coordinates with multiple suppliers to establish customer specific loading numbers in our reselling markets.
  • Works with various suppliers in order to facilitate truck liftings.
  • Maintains all DTN Products such as TABS, Fuel Seller/Fuel Buyer, etc.
  • Manages the setup of rack pricing for regional traders and marketers.
  • Manages and builds the Love’s annual contract process in Telapoint.
  • Serves as the point of contact for all customer needs.
  • Establish the loading numbers for all product movement.
  • Provide support to the Regional Marketing group.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education:
    • HS Diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred

 

  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years Oil & Gas experience preferred

 

 

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Skills:
    • Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite  

Experience using Telapoint, Top Tech, Fuel Seller, Fuel Buyer, TABS, Magellan ATLAS recommended

 

  • Soft Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, team player, exceptional customer service, high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, self motivated, good time management skills, innovative thinking, adaptable to change.

 

  • Typical Physical Demands:
    •      Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
    •      Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
    •      Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
    •      Requires normal range of hearing and vision
    •      Travel may be required
